Strong by Zumba

STRONG by ZumbaTM is a High Intensity Tempo Training, where you sync your moves with music, thus working harder. This class will push you past your plateaus and strengthen your core. Reaching your goals was never this quick! Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular strength, tone, and definition. STRONG makes you fitter and stronger.

AQUA Zumba

Aqua Zumba involves large muscle movements by stretching your arms and lifting your legs in the water. The typical land-based Zumba dance steps, such as cha-cha, merengue, salsa, reggaeton and mambo, are exaggerated and slower in the water since water has greater resistance to movements than air. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
