The workout sessions can be performed either in our facility, your home, or at the gym. We also provide a diet plan, and monitor your progress on a regular basis.

Fitness Assessment – Prior to assigning a trainer to you, our Head, Shivani Patel will conduct your fitness assessment to understand your body, flexibility, stamina, endurance level and requirements. Once this is done, your routine is designed accordingly to give you the best.

Nutrition Counselling – We don’t just provide you with a diet plan, we take care of your complete nutrition requirements and give you a nutrition counselling for your healthy fitness journey. Progress is tracked and your plan is changed periodically.

Constant Follow Up – Your personal trainer will follow up constantly and keep a check on you to help you stay on track always.

Accountability – With constant follow ups, you are made accountable for your lifestyle and actions throughout the day. You are to regularly share what you’ve eaten every day. If you happen to binge eat on a particular day, you work out for the following day is re-designed to burn those excess calories or carbs you’ve eaten the previous day. This was, you are never off the track.

Diet & Exercise Program for Plateau – Our personal training programs work best for people who have reached a plateau in their fitness routine and can’t seem to get past it. With our uniquely designed sessions and nutrition plans, we will help you jump over that plateau and reach your goal.

Medical Assessment – No training or fitness routine can start without knowing a body completely. For a tailor made routine and nutrition plan, we assess your BMI, BMR, Cholesterol, Lipid Profile, Kidney profile and the complete blood profile to understand the underlying issues and target a problem at the root.

Your workout and diet are regularly updated as you get fitter and stronger. Experience a truly personalized training program with us.
