There are: traditional training methods, circuits, drop sets, supersets, tri-sets, complexes, pyramids, horizontal, vertical, metabolic resistance training, high intensity interval training, cardio, etc. Then you have: set variations, rep variations, tempo variations, rest intervals, training volume and frequency. Let’s not forget about phases: stability, hypertrophy, strength, strength endurance, power, power endurance, loading vs unloading, and recovery.

All of our Personal Training packages start with a free fitness assessment. During the assessment your Personal Trainer will evaluate your current level of fitness and create an individualized workout and training regimen for you. All of this is designed for you to be able to meet your personal fitness goals.

BUDDY Program

Your friends are an asset in your life, and having them as your gym buddies will never make exercising dull. Partner training sessions are available in the same format as the individual training packages. The training program include consultation, body composition report and analysis, warm-up, cool down, and a recommended exercise plan that address each participants’ goals. This option will help you afford the services of a personal trainer by spitting the cost, at the same time making it a fun workout and step up the game by providing a healthy competition. This is a popular option which clients opt for.

Small Group Training

Group training packages are available for small groups and teams. The classes combine the knowledge and expertise of having a personal trainer with the energy of a small group. This dynamic and affordable circuit-style training program is for ALL ages and ability levels and pairs 3-5 people with a personal trainer for eight weeks of customised workouts. Small Group Training is designed to give you all of the benefits that come with personal training.... but at a fraction of the cost!

Youth Fitness Training

Best suited for the age group of 9 to 17, this program can benefit children and teenagers by improving their strength but also their bone density, balance, lipid profiles, fat-free mass, and personal self-esteem. Our trained fitness professionals will ensure proper technique, form, progression of exercises, and safety. The program incorporates free weights, rubber tubing, and medicine balls. Each training session will consist of 6 to 8 exercises that train the major muscle groups (including the chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs, abdomen, and lower back).

Body Composition Testing

If you want to run faster, bike longer or see some of that hard-earned muscle show through, you need to understand body composition. Learning about your body composition is key to your optimal performance and appearance because it can help you strategize an exercise plan in terms of your need to lose fat, build muscle or both.This package includes Body Fat Analysis twice a month.
