Each session is designed customised to your performance and endurance level. Your workout and diet is regularly monitored and logged, updated as you get fitter and stronger. Experience a truly personalized training program with us.

The workout sessions can be performed either in our facility, your home, online or at the gym as per your convenience.

NUTRITION COUNSELLING

Prior to assigning a trainer to you, our Head, Shivani Patel will conduct your fitness assessment to understand your body, flexibility, stamina, endurance level and requirements. Once this is done, your routine is designed accordingly to give you the best.

MEDICAL CHECKUP

We don’t just provide you with a diet plan, we take care of your complete nutrition requirements and give you a nutrition counselling for your healthy fitness journey. Progress is tracked and your plan is changed periodically.

FOLLOW UP

No training or fitness routine can start without knowing a body completely. For a tailor made routine and nutrition plan, we assess your BMI, BMR, Cholesterol, Lipid Profile, Kidney profile and the complete blood profile to understand the underlying issues and target a problem at the root.

Our personal training programs work best for people who have reached a plateau in their fitness routine and can’t seem to get past it. With our uniquely designed sessions and nutrition plans, we will help you jump over that plateau and reach your goal.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

To keep things interesting, We use a combination of different workout formats time throughout the week. By doing so, the body is being challenged in a variety of ways, sometimes focusing more on strength; other times testing your cardio, recovery or ability to push that extra bit more.
