Prior to assigning a trainer to you, our Head, Shivani Patel will conduct your fitness assessment to understand your body, flexibility, stamina, endurance level and requirements. Once this is done, your routine is designed accordingly to give you the best.
We don’t just provide you with a diet plan, we take care of your complete nutrition requirements and give you a nutrition counselling for your healthy fitness journey. Progress is tracked and your plan is changed periodically.

To keep things interesting, We use a combination of different workout formats time throughout the week. By doing so, the body is being challenged in a variety of ways, sometimes focusing more on strength; other times testing your cardio, recovery or ability to push that extra bit more.
