My fabulous fatloss Journey!
I was excited when I lost first 2 kgs and now I’m starting my 2020 much lighter than what I started in 2017.That’s why I decided to share my own transformation-something that took me way out of my comfort zone.
- Do not focus on the number on the scale you will tend to be distracted by the noise and can be quite discouraging.
- When it comes to workout I used to do HIIT 3 days a week and strength training on the other 3 days followed by stretching for at least half an hour for 4 days to avoid injury.
- You can’t ignore your diet and changing your lifestyle will not be easy.
- Taking progress pictures feels silly but it will motivate you through your journey and definitely make you happy later. Find something about your body to love, and the rest will come with patience and time
- There is no short cut- it was the combination of many small diet, fitness, and lifestyle changes I made.
This experience was the biggest reason I decided to do fitness training and become a trainer myself.
